Be Smart! Open the Heart Now and into 2012
Be Smart....open the heart to realize that nothing else matters. Only our own Self esteem matters. What matters is our connection to Source energy.
We will never know real joy until we are honest within our own hearts and take action from the experience of real love in our lives.
The earth is changing folks whether we know it or not. In my experience, knowledge, opinion, dialogue with many around the world, and spiritual research and practice--- I truly know that the inner dimensions are opening and that Source through the form of light and love are penetrating this plane of existence in a way that is unprecedented in the history of mankind.
This means we have the opportunity to expand our minds, and transform and awaken our hearts to rediscover a greater sense of the Spirit within.
Technology alone will never be enough in our evolution. We can have and create all the gadgets unimaginable to our civilization and expand worldly knowledge beyond the Universe but without inner unfolding of the heart, all this is meaningless. We can have many material posessions and do anything to attain them, even perform very dark actions, but this will not make us happy.
Rediscovering Spirit within means we are consciously wanting to know ourselves and to be authentic and real. We tire of illusions, delusions and falsehoods about our life and those of others and seek what is true, honest, pure and loving. We stop living a lie and wake up and grow up to what is the real reality of our lives, and if we do not find it appealing, we find things that are more pleasing that will activate the Law of Attraction in a more positive way for us. We stop giving our hearts to those that do not deserve it because we know we are worthy of so much more in life than to waste more and more time with those where it is futile to offer anything when we do not receive anything in reciprocal exchange.
You see we accept all of us but realize that we have to clean up our motivations, intentions, thoughts, and actions by pursuing the positive. 2012 means letting go of that which is no longer productive including those that are toxic to us and finding that which is loving and supportive of us. We are the only ones who can take care of ourselves.--no one else will ultimately...
Those who have sincerely prepared themselves for such shifts in 2012 and beyond will find themselves in greater joy, abundance of all kinds, an evolving sense of peace and balance, better harmony in relationships, a feeling of forgiveness of themselves and others, and a clearing and healing of past issues more and more. Such people who are open to receive and who want to pursue that which is in Light will see that they attract more positive experiences to themselves--- however large or small.
Yet, those who have ignored the signs and signals of upcoming changes and shifts, who have basically turned the other way, who have closed off to true love and healing, those who have buried their heads in the sand or have bypassed those who have truly wanted to help, love, support and even guide them--such people will suffer more and more unless they wake up to what is really important in life. It is because the earth is transforming to a higher and finer Light vibration. This Light hits us all knowingly and unknowingly and we are all at various levels of experience and consciousness ready to accept it or not. If we have not done our inner spiritual work or we are not at least on the road to greater possibilities with this then the Light hitting us from inside and all around will not feel comfortable. It is like a heavy detergent solution has to work overtime to clean the heavily soiled dishes or laundry of our hearts where the dirt grease and grime is stuck on, baked in, dried up, splattered upon and so on.
However, if we done our own rinsing (ie be open to receive understanding and guidance) then the work of the detergent or Light energy is much easier and less difficult.
As 2012 approaches and beyond, those who have not listened to the call of the heart who have not followed their intuition, who have not taken up on true leads, clues, signals, and messages in their lives that could lead to greater loving relationships, mentorship, teaching, learning, growth, and healing will have more and more challenges. Those who have walked away from real and true Soul contracts to be with intimate Soul mate partners for sacred work upon this planet will also find themselves lost----Since they did not fulfill these contracts to be in relationship there is a lot of gap and Soul searching with much wasted time and heart ache to try to find out what to really do with their lives when they realize what they walked away from and what they lost. And remember they affect the other person who they walked away from who also has to regroup and heal into a new life when such refusal from them does occur.
Those who stay in toxic relationships or pick the same people and situations over and over again in the same destructive patterns will also find the upcoming days, weeks, and months, and years very difficult. The ones who insist on remaining on dark paths and roads despite what has been given to them and shown to them over and over again will face much that can create a lot of problems in their lives as well.
However, there are many on this planet making remarkable progress. They are activating their light bodies and chakra systems, deepening their meditations (and thus connecting more and more to the remembrance of Source), releasing that which no longer serves them, healing past issues through forgiveness, practicing Yoga and various spiritual practices, are offering their lives to Self- less service. They are in essence becoming conscious of the need to remember Oneness consciousness. They are thus expanding the enlightening process. There are those waking up to the need for cleaning up this planet and to stop creating more chaos by cleaning up the negative ego. They are choosing positive and loving relationships where there is true love friendship and equal exchange of everything.
There are many young people and children who are remarkably advanced extraordinarily intelligent and loving beings who will lead this planet into a new age, as old paradigms die off and as dark souls no longer grip this world that keep us stuck and tied to fear and control. Many are waking up to spiritual principles such as the Law of Attraction by realizing that we are extensions of Source and that we have created our own lives and the resultant fruits of this creation. We can create anything we want via our desires and intentions, and by allowing and continuing on with what makes us feel good in a positive way, we ultimately manifest what we want in the physical as we focus on remaining in "the Vortex" or the inner Self--of infinite energy and wisdom.--the "Source."
Yet those who are not moving into greater expansion have the choice to remain there but the net result is more suffering. There are those Light beings who have deliberately walked away from their noble calling and are those now finding that their current choices are leading nowwhere. When people do this, their bodies and even minds can "turn against them" via the agitated life force that lies within us all, the sacred energy that is part of Source that is actually us.
This is because the inner Light is not being honored and it especially affects those who truly know better, who deep down know they have a noble purpose; yet, took roads of greed and and negative lust. It is also because one is not honoring or pursuing their sacred duty in life. They are wasting time, belittling themselves by taking subservient dependent household roles (when that is not their purpose), not finishing school or developing their careers when they know they should, neglecting their talents and abilities, not serving and helping others when they know they could.
It affects those who have been given much support and love directly and indirectly yet they choose to play a deaf ear. They have been shown books, pictures, writings and blogs; they have read inspiring stories, have even been given sacred and loving people upon their path in extraordinary synchronicity to help them prepare for 2012--(even over many several or many preceding years ago); yet they do nothing except bite the hand that feeds or remain stubborn, indifferent and fearful. The inner light, the kundalini energy, the Divine Mother within such people begins to implode, not expand and heal---- and the heart is affected in a negative way.
This means such ones are prone to becoming physically ill and prone to immune issues among many things. They lose weight and can have various eating issues and problems. Self esteem is greatly affected and made worse if it already shaky and fragile. They can lose enthusiasm for the world and themselves and can become depressed. Addictions rise. Isolation and loneliness increase even if they are in a relationship---often that relationship is going nowhere anyway). Financial burdens and problems increase and are difficult to solve. Family conflict does not bring them peace. They realize that their so called friends are selfish and self centered and not truly there for them. Narcissistic, borderline, antisocial and dependent personality issues do not loosen their grip upon the heart.... They become more and more dependent on others and to those who take advantage of them because they are lost in their sense of Self. They feel and know they are stuck and trapped and are at a loss as to what to do. They ignored and bypassed truly loving people in their lives, especially those who love them in a truly supportive intimate way and instead chose those that are controlling, abusive, mediocre at best, mistreating and even frankly negative and dark.
Most importantly they have not come forward to do their inner Spiritual work and are caught in the illusion of the material world and thus have not untangled the inner wires of their issues to be more receptive the upcoming changes in the next few months, years and even the next decade or so.
Many have been preparing for the last 25 years as they were wise to see what is really happening in the world and to hear the intution of their own inner guidance.--- Many also for the last 10 years, five years and so on. These ones at least have the humility to realize that no matter what evolves in the near future they made a conscious choice to seek Light and real love at all costs despite what they have been through over many years. And if they do not know what is real love and Light they at least stay open to the possibility of greater learning and experience instead of closing off their hearts.
This is not to say that those who have not or will not cannot. In one instant this can change through our free will.
In my own experience over many years preparation for at least the possibiltiy of expansion has taken place, to say the least. From my very childhood, I have had the opportunity to learn from many great teachers, masters, Divine Mother beings, and mentors in Light of all walks---but I did and still have many issues to work through. --as we all do....
I think they take home message from all to sum it all up is that we are here to give and receive true love. And, that we are here to honor ourselves and respect ourselves at all costs and to treat others in the same manner. We have the opportunity to expand the heart and to realize the inner Oneness and Unity of life and to apply this through service of any kind. It is a simple message but has profound impact. If it were so simple then why is the world as it is?
Because many I feel including myself have been caught in what is not real and what is illusion.

During the Darkest Night:Phoenix Rebirth
I often use the phoenix rising, the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly and the ugly duckling becoming a swan ---in writings thoughts, meditations and letters to others. Some understand and some have misunderstood these images I refer to and the meaning they refer to. Yet, transformation goes on for all of us in one way or another regardless of such understanding. In the purity of heart, these ideas are known through our intuition and pure knowing.

Angelic Human Race
There are angelic humans and higher order beings among us--I feel and know from my experience.
We are fortunate to have them silently helping us behind the scenes and in the reality of our lives in tangible ways as well---They are often from the same Soul group or family and they do sometimes elect to "spiritually adopt" another in times of immense crisis and change. However, we have to do our part. We have to wake up and embrace more Light and realize our divine purpose that is based in Love, not in Darkness. And we have to have the willingness to let go of all past obstacles and stay in Light--and make sustained effort---otherwise their work can be fruitless for us----- without our cooperation, free will and intention to truly make a difference in the world and to empower our own Self.

We have to make a free will choice whether we are going to help ourselves and/or help this planet. No one can do it for us. Often we have been given many people or a few or even one special person with a deep Soul connect to us on all levels--- that would help and assist us in our evolution and our heart. However, it is up to us to recognize them and realize what we are doing in our lives or to remain where we are and not necessarily progress as fast we could or should. We are wherever we are. We can start from whatever point we are. If we go backwards we can stop and turn around and proceed forward. Beings such as Inelia are here to raise the vibration of individuals and for the entire planet.

ปรามิตา หฤทัยสูตร The Heart Sutra
Quan Yin and all related Bodhi Sattwas or enlightened beings enjoy the awakening of all the chakras including the heart. Quan Yin, the ethereal mother of compassion is in constant watch of those she rescues and helps awaken their Light within to remember their purpose and goal on the planet.
Paintings here depict various aspects of ferociousness and animal symbols because compassion is not just sugar and molasses. Fierceness and warrior mode is also a part of compassion that is necessary to transform and uplift and to remove the inner blocks that keep us from knowing the inner Light.

When Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara practised the deep Prajnaparamita,(spiritual practices he saw that the five skandhas (senses) were empty; thus he overcame all ills and suffering.
"O Sariputra! Form does not differ from the void, and the void does not differ from the form. Form is the void, and the void is form. The same is true for feelings, conceptions, impulses and consciousness.
O Sariputra, the characteristics of the void is not created, not annihilated, not impure, not pure, not increasing, not decreasing.
Therefore, in the void there are no forms and no feelings, conceptions, impulses and no consciousness: there is no eye, ear, nose, tongue, body or mind; there is no form, sound, smell, taste, touch or idea; no eye elements, until we come to no elements of consciousness; no ignorance and also no ending of ignorance, until we come to no old age and death; and no ending of old age and death.
Also, there is no truth of suffering, of the cause of suffering, of the cessation of suffering or of the path. There is no wisdom, and there is no attainment whatsoever. Because there is nothing to be attained, a Bodhisattva relying on Prajnaparamita has no obstruction in his heart. Because there is no obstruction he has no fear, and he passes far beyond all confused imagination and reaches Ultimate Nirvana.
All Buddhas in the past, present and future have attained Supreme Enlightenment by relying on the Prajnaparamita. Therefore we know that the Prajnaparamita is the great magic Mantra, the great Mantra of illumination, it is the supreme Mantra, the unequaled Mantra which can truly wipe out all suffering without fail."
Therefore, he uttered the Prajnaparamita mantra, by saying:
"Gate, Gate, Paragate, Parasemgate Bodhi-svaha!" (praising the Divine One who is enlightened)

"Bowing, invoking, and surrendering to the Divine" as this chant translates means recognizing and embracing the love of the heart that is our own divinity. It means that as we realize our own purity we put an end to our negative actions that we direct to ourselves and others. We stop misunderstanding others and realize where they are coming from and what they are about as we understand ourselves as well..We genuinely feel what they feel and reflect it back to them with real love and compassion. Our own heart then opens further when we do this.
Then we realize that we can be naturally authentic and accept and give true love to others as we learn to love ourselves. When we are authentic we can be true to our heart. For example, when we love someone, we can admit it to ourselves and calmly share and express that love to them and not hide from our real feelings. When we are authentic, we can feel our feelings and be okay with ourselves and with others without playing mind games and so many other things we do to avoid really feeling our emotions. Authenticity and inner honesty go hand in hand.
Bowing to the Divine means we realize what an illusion we have been living. We no longer can ignore the heart and what we feel. We cannot ignore the real and true purpose of our lives and we no longer can tolerate getting lost in childish toys, distractions, and trinkets along the way. We cannot ignore our own knowing and intuition of what is really right for us as opposed to what others say is right for us. We see more and more how our own denial, rationalizations inside us and our projections onto others and other defenses keep us from knowing ourselves and sharing our Light with others. We see how we hold back through our ego and not allow others to forgive us and how we do not forgive others and how we do not forgive ourselves.
We finally really take action in our lives to manifest what is true and real as we walk away from illusion and the mirages we have created.

If We Truly Want Peace---DR. Rama
If we truly want peace:
Then we have to value peace above all else.--We have to realize that it is the greatest treasure--that nothing on the outside matters --No material gain or comfort can substitute for the real and everlasting peace within the heart.
If we truly want peace:
Then we need to come clean with our lives. We need to forgive ourselves and others and come clean with our actions. Until we do we will never find lasting peace
If we truly want peace:
We have to be willing to take the spiritual steps needed to rediscover peace inside ourselves. This means being committed to the Path of Light and walking away from the trail of darkness that only leads to more suffering.
It does not matter how long it takes, the point is to keep our commitment by keeping one foot in front of the other
If we truly want peace:
We have to be willing to release our addictions of any kind. This means that we are more tired of the life that we are leading than the fear of embracing a new life and way of being. It means that this fatigue has finally soaked in enough to the point that we are willing to walk away from anything and everything that represents old destructive patterns and behaviors and be open to embracing anything and everything that will replace these kinds of difficult experiences, behaviors, choices and feelings.
If we truly want peace:
We need to be humble enough to ask for help and to seek out the right company. We need to be able to take in the words and teachings of those who are walking a path of peace and Light. We need to seek the company of the wise--those who are enlightened or on their way. We have to come to a place to respect and follow those who have walked the path and who know where the stumbling blocks are within the mind to come to a place of everlasting peace
If we truly want peace:
We stop playing games with others' feelings and with our own lives. We realize the seriousness of our actions when we do this and work to release ourselves from this need
If we truly want peace:
We have to refrain from finding faults with others. They are who they are just as we are who we are. We cannot control others we can only take care of ourselves. We have plenty of our own issues to deal with. We can only tell people how their actions make us feel; it is up to them to take action to help us heal from their behaviors and actions.
If we truly want peace:
We have to be prepared to listen to others on how our actions and choices affected them. We realize there is no place to hide--because we cannot hide from our own hearts--when we knowingly have affected others in adverse and negative ways and in turn have affected our own being.
If we truly want peace
Then we have to find constructive work that makes us feel good and is in alignment with our life's purpose. Going outside of this alignment only perpetuates disharmony and lack of peace within our own being
If we truly want peace
We have to realize that we are already are peaceful. We do anything and everything to disturb this inner tranquility
If we truly want peace
We need to wake up to the illusion of this world to realize that life is ephemeral, temporary and fleeting. What the world tells us is important is not necessarily so.
If we truly want peace
We have to re-discover that there is no other best friend except ourselves to ourselves. We have to value ourselves to realize that we are worthy of anything and everything that is in the Light.

What Does Embracing the Light Really Mean? Part 1- Dr. Rama in Dallas
Embracing the Light is simple--holding onto the Light can be seemingly complex.
Embracing the Light means that we need a Higher Power in our lives to consciously guide us. We must humbly ask---guidance will never force its way into our lives. We must ask and be willing to listen..... In our limited ego identification we cannot go at it alone. We need the mysterious power of Grace that is deeply inherent in Nature to help us with our lives--to help us steer through the seen and unseen.
Embracing the Light means we finally wake up to realize that we want purity of heart and that we want to reflect this purity into our lives through our thoughts, words, deeds, behaviors, and actions.
Embracing the Light means we come to a place where we have had enough of darkness, indifference, lackadaisical behaviors, laziness, manipulation of others, wanting the "easy way out," and all of the other deceptive mind games that go along with living a selfish ego based life. We see how our ego has held our heart prisoner but we are willing to do something about it and not just dance around the issues.
Embracing the Light means we realize we are not perfect but we are willing. We do not slip back into old patterns because we have the firm conviction that what we have been doing in our lives is going nowhere.
Embracing the Light means we stop playing the victim role and stop making excuses that "we are weak." If we are addicted, we stop making the excuse that the "highs" are what get us through life. We are ready to really begin to feel our feelings and understand what they are all about.
Embracing the Light means we are ready to be authentic in our lives. Deep down we know who we are if we just peel off the many masks and facades that we wear. We stop pretending and start living.
Embracing the Light allows us to wake up to see that the person in our bed and many who have been in our intimate life are not for our highest good---that they drain our life force because there is no balance and shared equal love, support, nurturing, loyalty, understanding, compassion, healing, and grace.
Embracing the Light means we are ready to seek help for our depression, anxiety, eating disorders, compulsive behaviors, dishonesty, addictions, past pain and losses, and family conflict. It means that we are ready to understand why our Self-esteem is so low and injured and how this low feeling attracts the same destructive patterns into our lives over and over again. It helps us uncover and discover the root of our body-distortion image issues and how we jeopardize our health by going to extremes with our body and mind. It opens our heart to allow us to share our inner most secrets with sacred and loving people who have been in our lives (especially soul mates and others) but that we have abused and misused because deep down we had felt we were not worthy of their attention and love. Instead, we have chosen abusive characters to replay old tapes of our own childhood abuse. It means stopping the incessant need for attention, admiration and praise from others to realize and find ways to empower ourselves. It means we begin filling our own empty void with positive support through our own efforts rather than depending on others for our worth.
Embracing the Light means we will make the investment in cost, time, healing, energy, and attention---whatever it takes to get the help we need to create a better life. We value our own growth and expansion above all else and realize that such in investment is actually priceless.
Embracing the Light means to stop deliberately or unknowingly causing pain to others who care about us by our selfish and self-centered actions and choices. And if we do, be willing to admit we are wrong and make amends with them.
Embracing the Light means that we stop using the Light for dark purposes. We stop feeding off Light and love from the support and goodness of others that we had turned around to continue down dead end roads and wrong paths that help only to hurt others and ourselves. There is much negative karma that ensues when we use Light for dark reasons.
Embracing the Light means we realize we do not have "forever" to heal with others. They move on into another life and we are left out to dry with the pain and remorse of how we treated them. Compassion from them does not mean we can walk all over others and expect them to forgive us right away or at all. Our own negative and blatant actions have an indelible effect on others' hearts. There is no guarantee that those who truly supported us will be there for us after we have wreaked havoc and damage upon their hearts. Often we have to face what we have done only with our Higher Power, for such people move on to those who do show true love and support after we failed to reciprocate love, respect, support and caring.

There is not one thing we have done that this Universal force is not aware of at any give moment. Mother serves as protectress to the innocent ultimately and the bestower of justice to those who continue with their ego driven ways. Mother knows what unique lessons to bestow on each of us to make us grow and expand. Knowingly and unknowningly Mother's force surrounds us and is within us.

Rama Rama - Mantra - Anke Moehlmann
Rama means "the blissful or delightful"---righteousness personified......originally he was the ancient prince Avatar milenia ago......now cherished by billions around the world.... However, on a deeper level the "Rama energy" through bliss and righteousness, embodies the qualities of courage, valor, victory, bravery, fortitude, steadfastness, vigor, vitality, and bliss from the satisfaction of performing one's sacred duty in the world. When we are in harmony with our sacred duty then we are attune to the wavelength of the Rama energy. Listening to the name of Rama brings these qualities into our consciousness; or better yet, helps us remember that they were there all along.
"Ra---ma"---is one of the primordial sounds of the Universe heard in deep meditation---often within the third chakra--the solar plexus--the place of personal power--and the heart and crown--the abode of bliss.
Those whose personal power has been undermined can great solace in chanting the name of Rama.

Attain Enlightenment and Health Through Natural Means--Not Through Intoxicants and Harmful Drugs--Dr. Rama
We have the innate ability to attain an enlightened state, a place of greater peace love and Light from within ourselves. Pure natural living, sincere spiritual practice, healing in the right way, guidance from mentors, masters, gurus, avatars, and other beings in Light, associating with only those who truly love us and are there for our highest well being-- our selfless service, compassion towards others are the the keys that will naturally allow these things to unfold in their own time and space.
For centuries upon centuries there has been a struggle between this natural way and with the use of drugs to induce a higher level of consciousness.
Some native cultures use such substances but it is part of their tradition and custom.
However, such substances are harmful to the system and damage every aspect of the being.
The physical body is damaged with toxic free radicals that induce premature aging, fatigue and overall poor health. The physical nerves are damaged because of the surges of neurotransmitters. The brain cells die off at alarming rates.
The Light body, the mental, emotional and other spiritual bodies are also damaged from the sudden highs and lows that occur and energy surges that come and go. These highs and lows throw the energy meridians off and damage the subtle Light body. The net result is a fragmented state, loss of peace, and a distorted view of the world.
When there is fragmentation, our mind can split into different parts. We lose our wholeness and our Oneness feeling. We are not at peace ultimately. Our brain is wired for whatever reasons to crave more and more substances and soon we are addicted.
Addiction can be to anything. Ultimately we are damaged and the effects are insidious, ie slow to evolve but do move upon us over time.
Difficult symptoms arise such as paranoia, hearing voices, feeling people are watching us and so on. We are nervous fatigued, zapped of energy, restless and not at ease. Our face and whole demeanor becomes gaunt. We have dark circles and we look depleted.

From a spiritual point of view, mystics do know that when hallucinogenic drugs are taken and when one goes to a high, the soul can be propelled into higher states of consicousness. There, we artificially go into other realms.
However, there is great danger here because we are not consciously in control when we go to those states. Parts of Soul and Self can be lost on those dimensions and so when we come back we are further fragmented. Part of us can be trapped in thos places and we come back scattered. It takes time to reintegrate. And often we do not.
Sometimes dark energies or beings can attach to us and wreak havoc within our mind, according to mystical and spiritual thought. Then we are not in control of our free will.
It is almost like the brain and the energy bodies become like Swiss cheese and such forces attach into those energy spaces ---causing all kinds of havoc. Such energies and dark entities are very selfish---they are greedy and want the human experience but they do not have the right karma to take on a body so they literally steal one from those who are vulnerable and susceptible.
This is part of why those influenced by drugs can have erratic behaviors in addition to the brain and nerves being affected as well. We are highly suggestible to those who wish to control us for their own selfish purposes and this again reinforces the cycle of addictions.
Another area of medication addiction is the use of steroids and some muscle building products. This area is controversial but steroids and steroid derived products and other substances can be addictive and harmful. More time and research will tell.
The key is that anything that is artificially blowing us up into a muscle man or woman is going to affect all the organs and systems of the body. We may temporarily think we look good but there is a big, big price to pay with our health.
It does not matter if we supposedly look good and healthy on the outside. Sooner or later the bones, muscles, organs and so on are deeply damaged and affected. Men can become impotent, women's cycles can be disrupted. The heart valves can be affected and the small connector tissues that hold the valves in place can rupture. Osteoporosis can occur, testicles can shrivel. Ligaments and tendons can snap.
This kind of living only creates a spiral downward into more suffering and more and more difficulty in dealing with the health of the body.
So if all this occurs why do people keep doing this?
I do not think there is any one answer. Addictions although there is much research regarding genetics and the brain still is baffling and I believe still remains a Spiritual issue. It is a combination of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical problems that do arise.
Often issues with self esteem are key. Nothing on the outside will ever make us happy, we have to find inner happiness and not through artificial substances. Past unresolved pain occurs. Many have mixed issues with depression and other factors. Unresolved abuse and misuse occurs and it is a way of having a temporary escape and high. Many think that if they take substances and or steroids they will fit in and belong somewhere because they are filling an inner void that can only be filled by natural evolution of Spirit, not through artificial means. Also keep in mind that those controlling those who are addicted do so through the substances. They keep people addicted to control them and ultimately "use them and lose them".....it is part of the cycle of addictions, roles that get played out....until we wake up to realize what is happening, what has happened and what will happen if we do not empower ourselves.
Whatever the reasons, the net result is harm on all levels.
And, we are the only ones who can change this in our lives. No one on the outside can do it. We have to be the ones; we must ask and allow a Higher power of any kind to assist us.

The Light body, the mental, emotional and other spiritual bodies are also damaged from the sudden highs and lows that occur and energy surges that come and go. These highs and lows throw the energy meridians off and damage the subtle Light body. The net result is a fragmented state, loss of peace, and a distorted view of the world.
When there is fragmentation, our mind can split into different parts. We lose our wholeness and our Oneness feeling. We are not at peace ultimately. Our brain is wired for whatever reasons to crave more and more substances and soon we are addicted.

The Twin Flame Blessing
As I have written many, many times before, it is rare----- but in my knowledge and experience, twin flames DO meet in body on the same planet at the same time. They CAN do work together (extrordinary work) and often agree to come down for individual and group work and to help global humanity in small and large ways. That is why they are blessed and given the gift to be in body at the same time, particularly when they have the opportunity to attain extrordinary growth and enlightenment by helping themselves and others. The issue is that the Dark can get hold and wreak havoc and interfere over time with their Divine purpose. If two such people come together then their Light Work can help many evolve--does darkness want that? No.........---That is why if this happens it is uncertain if they can proceed from what the original destiny of the two is and was. Much healing, sharing and understanding needs to take place if such a thing happened or happens.. Any involved in darkness have to awaken to Light inside themselves and be consciously willing to do something positive for themselves and for humanity.
