The Angel of the Presence
Time is short, life is fleeting. Let us all wake up to our purpose and get in touch with our inner master, the 'solar angel' beckoning us to perform sacred duties, meet the right people in Light and get out of Darkness--before it is too late and we are caught in the spider web of the dark where we can be forever trapped in this lifetime and have to pay off enormous karma in this very lifetime (through the idea of "instant karma") and when we leave this world for having been caught in its web----, as I wrote about a few days ago on http://www.drramamdheartinspirations.blogspot.com/
We must come to see that it is not worth remaining in the shadows, so we have the choice to let go no matter what we think the shadows will bring us. It is only in Light that we will get what we want and so much more than we ever expected.
We are all at a critical phase of life: do we go with the Higher Self or do we stay and remain stuck in the lower Self and realms of fear and of the actions and thoughts and choices we have made in fear?
Deep down we all know this to be true. Why wait? There are those around us waiting for our great talents abilities and apptitudes to be used in the highest and best way.
Our inner Master has been waiting for centuries upon centuries for the right body and mind to express itself upon a planet like this one to service to others and to learn and grow through the rare form of human expression.
We may have 7 billion people on this planet, but compared to the whole Universe taking on a human life force is rare indeed
In India it is said the rarest gifts are the receiving of a humanoid body, the desire for something higher and greater than just running a hamster wheel existence and someone or group of ones who can guide us into deeper enlightenment. Let us not waste our precious gifts upon darkened paths....they will only teach us what not to do---have we not learned that by now being on a dark path?---Is it not time for something new?
Let us open and remember the inner "Master Power" the inner Solar Angel, the voice of our own heart, conscience, and intuition. ---also known as the sacred inner guru of guidance from within.

The Mature Heart: forgives others but does not forget. The other heart has to show by example that things are different and changed in a consistent way

Fortunate are those twin flames/soul mates who are in body at the same time on a planet. More fortunate for those who recognize each other. Heart 2 Heart--"Wake Up and Make Up"--Make Amends by Honoring Those Who Love Us and that We Have Loved--
In the name of so many things we have done and said so many things to various people and in turn only really have harmed ourselves. We have hurt them and they have hurt us. Nevertheless, we will never be at peace until we make amends with such people, including those very intimate people in our lives. We have the opportunity while we are still in a body and there are with us in our field of awareness (that is still around in the same town, etc.) We have the golden moment in time when they are still alive to really say how we feel, what happened and to truly make amends for who and what we are and where we are and were coming from. As long as it does not harm them we have this chance.
We will never be at peace in this lifetime, between lives or in future lives until such amends are made. The heart will remain haunted as I have written recently. There will always be the feeling, "what if? what could have been? What was I thinking by not doing so? What would it have done to not come forward in the right way?"
We do not have to wait for the other person; it is up to us particularly when they have tried. Facing others means facing ourselves and this can be scary for many, but it does not have to be.
It takes calmness, honesty, and sincerity. It requires turning around 180 degrees in our lives to realize that what we have been doing is not working and that our actions and behaviors affected others in negative ways. It means realizing that we were wrong and reducing and reeducating our ego to realize that it is okay to be wrong. We are still good people but we had done things that are harmful.
Making amends requires trust: trust in our own strength and the strength of someone to listen to our story. It does not mean necessarily total restoration of anything, although that is possible if two people are really willing. When a mirror is broken and repaired it is never quite the same when the pieces are put back together, is it not so? It does not mean only that we are sorry. It means that we go into who and what we were and are and what made us who we are today. It means stating that the past cannot be brought back but that we take responsibility for our part in what happened in any given situation and empathize that our actions affected the other person in whatever way. We put ourselves in their shoes and mirror back to them that we understand that what we did created very strong and difficult feelings for them. In this heart to heart--it is not only about us--it is about understanding them and sharing and making them see that we realize that what did affected them in very deep ways. We honestly share our feelings and what we did and why, if we know. We speak about forgiveness and ask forgiveness. We can only present our side. The other party has the option to do with whatever we say and share. And,
However when we do this, our consciousness is gradually cleared; we make room for more love in our heart. The cobwebs in our heart are brushed away. The haunted feeling lifts as more light can enter the house of the heart that is spooked by so many factors.
It is only then that we have a real new chance at life and living---it is all part of purifying the inner heart.

Stop Look and Listen: Spirit and Heart are Calling--But Are We Listening and Taking Action?
Spirit and Heart are calling.
Are we listening? Are we ready to change, or at least be truly willing? Are we on a path in whatever form that we truly know is wrong, dead wrong, yet we are continuing down that road, anyway? Are we ready to keep the consistency needed to work with ourselves to make a real difference in our life and those of others? Are we ready to admit that we are the cause of where, who, and what we are, instead of blaming everyone else? Are we ready to give up our darkness and shadow? Are we ready to talk through our secrets and our shadows with those in Light and allow the window curtains and shades to open to allow Light in?
Do we see that the shadow is the rock that is tethering the balloon or kite from soaring higher? Are we going to remain pompous and arrogant with ourselves and others, thinking we are soaring vertically to reach the sky but instead we have only moved laterally and have still not even taken off from the ground, merely talking the talk but not walking the walk? Is our selfishness, self-centeredness, inconsideration, dishonesty and fear still holding us down and not allowing us to embrace more Light and love into our lives? Do we still have the personality that we are willing to "trade" our own mother in or our beloved partner or others for the sake of saving ourselves and for the illusion of what we think will make us happy, for the sake of Self-gratification, and for number one? Are we willing to put the person and persons we love first ahead of our own selfishness and self-absorption which will prove that we have made real breakthrough or at least we are on the road to breakthrough?
Are we the type of person that tells others what they want to hear (not realizing they can see right through us anyway) in order to get what we want, rather than place ourselves in their shoes to see what they have felt about us and our effect on them and what they went through for our sake? In other words, are we coming forward to help others heal, based on our effect on them or we just coming to them for our own needs and not putting the needs of others before our own?
Does everything have to crash around us, does everything have to burn up and burn out, does our health need to collapse, do the people we thought were supposedly "friends" around us need to abandon and betray us, do we have to come to a complete standstill because there is no way to escape before we reach for something higher and greater? Does it take going that low before we honor those around us who have been trying to help us all along?
Do we think we have eternity plus one extra day, thinking that the people around us who truly supported us are always going to be there, that we can do anything and everything we want; and yet, they still will be there for us, despite all that has happened and not happened?
In other words, are we reaching for Light or thinking about reaching only because things that we thought would work in the shadows for us, merely turn out to be illusion, as if we are doing Light a favor by gracing Light with our presence and attention through our ego? Is our ego that large? And so, the Light and the Heart are our "second or third choice"? The Light is "the runner-up" so to speak, not really our first and foremost priority? That the heart---(ie love) is secondary--something that we pick only when our desires in the Dark are ultimately not fulfilled or were never going to be in the first place?
Or are we reaching for Light, love and new beginnings for the sake of the beauty of Love and Light itself?
What is our attitude and what are we REALLY about?
These are the questions that only we can answer and what we can explore and express to another when we do open up. This is what is at stake our choice to embrace Light and love and new path for the sake of the beauty of that path and for the sake of Love itself, rather than merely because nothing else in the shadows worked.
This is what the heart and what Spirit watches. This is why deities are always seen with a thousand heads and eyes, a thousand arms and so on. It is because Spirit is all-pervasive. It knows exactly what we are doing and thinking every second. There is not a moment in time when it does not.
There is constant watching of our motives, behaviors, emotions, feelings, thoughts and so on. There is no judgment, but there is watching and taking notes in the ethers. And, in this world there is karma to face. Even though there is no judgment, there is karma that we have to face sooner or later.
It does not matter if we think, "we got away with it"--It does not matter how sneaky we behave and what actions we perform. It does not matter what we think people know and do not know about us and what we think we can hide under our masks and facades.
Spirit knows. And, deep down we know. Even if we escape from the physical man-made courts, there is a Divine Court that we can never escape from. There is the Divine justice that will always catch up with us in this lifetime, or after we leave this world. No one can escape this. No one.
And, we cannot escape from our own conscience.
Are we willing to really realize that we have done nothing to "save" ourselves, that we cannot take the credit for it----only Grace has allowed us to even survive this long on this planet, in whatever we are doing?
Divine Light and love are always present and are always there. We need Light and Love; it needs nothing from us ---because it is Self-born, fully contained, ever contented, ever-new bliss, fully conscious. We need Light before anything else.
So Light, Spirit, and the Heart are calling, but are we listening and taking action to hear, touch, taste, smell, and feel Light?
Where do we really stand and what are we going to choose and do?

Letting Go: Part 1--Love Someone Enough to Let them Be and Let them Grow in Their Own Way
Loving someone means to be able to let them go to grow and be in their own life in whatever they have chosen to do. It means setting someone free to be able to find their own identity and their own way of being. And, many have to take many roads to find this identity. It implies two people have to be willing to work things through but if one is unwilling or not able to or chooses a different direction, and the other has been there for them in a million and one ways, it means that one has to let that person go, anyway.
Letting go does not mean abandoning that person. It means letting them be who they are and to release expectation, speculation, assumptions, and many other notions that we have about them and about the situation. It means creating space to allow someone to go their own way to see what works and does not work for themselves just as we need to learn this as well. Only that person knows what is really going on in their heart just like we know what is going on in our own hearts. It means loving that person but realizing that life goes on for both people involved. It also means realizing that they do not know what we are going through either and that despite where they are, are probably wondering about us as well.
Then like a homing pigeon, if it is meant to be, then that person will come back after they have gone through what they must in order to be ready for the right relationship. And if that person is us, then time will tell at a new point in life. You see, we also change and grow when they are gone and/or when they have not come forward, despite their love for us and our love for them---we are not sitting by the phone; we have done many things; we have evolved through our own experiences and only a heart to heart meeting and dialogue and getting to know that person in a real and true way will help us see if they are right for us and we are right for them.
In the meantime, we have our own lessons to learn and our own life to lead. We also grow in a way that we did not see or realize before because we focused on the other person at the expense of our own life and Self esteem. Yes, there is the genuine desire to be supportive and loving of the other, but at what cost? --- Money, heartache, pain, other negativities, and neglect of our own life because of the focus on the other person.
Yet, we are human and with the seeming rejection of someone who loves us, there is pain that has to be worked through. When there is true love and that person cannot or still will not come forward, then it is the deepest pain of our Soul and heart.
We must also see and understand that the other person has their own heartache and pain, that perhaps through Grace we will one day also come to understand them and their life and the reasons for their choices--- and they will understand and deeply feel and know our pain and story as well.
We may find ourselves different and more evolved just as the other person hopefully has evolved and is growing upon the path they have chosen to do and be upon---whatever it is.

Letting go does not mean abandoning that person. It means letting them be who they are and to release expectation, speculation, assumptions, and many other notions that we have about them and about the situation. It means creating space to allow someone to go their own way to see what works and does not work for themselves just as we need to learn this as well. Only that person knows what is really going on in their heart just like we know what is going on in our own hearts. It means loving that person but realizing that life goes on for both people involved. It also means realizing that they do not know what we are going through either and that despite where they are, are probably wondering about us as well.
Then like a homing pigeon, if it is meant to be, then that person will come back after they have gone through what they must in order to be ready for the right relationship. And if that person is us, then time will tell at a new point in life. You see, we also change and grow when they are gone and/or when they have not come forward, despite their love for us and our love for them---we are not sitting by the phone; we have done many things; we have evolved through our own experiences and only a heart to heart meeting and dialogue and getting to know that person in a real and true way will help us see if they are right for us and we are right for them.
In the meantime, we have our own lessons to learn and our own life to lead. We also grow in a way that we did not see or realize before because we focused on the other person at the expense of our own life and Self esteem. Yes, there is the genuine desire to be supportive and loving of the other, but at what cost? --- Money, heartache, pain, other negativities, and neglect of our own life because of the focus on the other person.

Walk into the Light and Leave Others Behind if They Cannot or Will Not Walk With Us,,,,It is up to Them to Join Us
Walk into the Light and leave others behind if they cannot or will not walk with us. Let them walk themselves after we have held their hand over time.
Such people have many lessons that only the Divine can teach them and we have our own to learn as well. We can only take care of ourselves, ultimately after we have tried to help and serve others who willingly remain where they are. This applies to situations where there is love between people but yet for whatever reasons one person does not come forward or does not clear misunderstanding and hurt that was generated and the other person does or did want to see things blossom, heal and grow.
This does not mean such people are abandoned, judged, nor are they "shunned."--They are choosing to not be with US...... It means that they are on their own deciding what they want to do or not do and whether they choose to allow love and light into their lives. And, we have the ability to also choose to find those who want to give and take in equal exchange.
It means we release ourselves and move forward into what we need to do and we free ourselves to become more and more of who we are.
We can only hand hold for so long if we are moving at a different rate of speed or we want to broaden and expand but others are in a different space and place.
It is like a child that we hand hold and either they squat and remain fearful and stubborn and do not want to walk or they depend upon us to walk. Eventually we have to let the hand go and move forward. Either they will stay on the ground or realize that we are walking ahead and they will then decide whether to join us or not.
It does not mean that we are perfect and "holier than thou". It means that we want to embrace something higher and greater and we want to grow from the point that we are at. We have no choice but to let go of those who choose to remain behind and not walk with us....they are the only ones who can decide whether to walk, jog, sprint or run to catch up, however, if they choose.
Nothing can be forced. Everyone is making free will choices at any given moment.
When our free will matches theirs or when we find new people to match ours is when the greatest harmony ensues.
You see, relationships of any kind especially intimate partnerships are about equal exchange. Those who always take whether it is money, time, support, energy, healing, advice, shelter, sex, and so on create a vacuum and thus a lot of negative karma if they do not reciprocate or give back to the one they are taking from. Such takers only serve themselves and their own needs. They are very selfish and it stems from fear and a kind of dishonesty and inconsideration; they expect others to serve them. Even when they feel they have nothing to give or that they are wounded and unable to give, this is not so. There is always a way to express gratitude, love, and an energy exchange in relationship that shows that they care and are willing to share their life story, experience as well as their unique way of giving.
We want people to walk with us. We do not need people to walk ahead of us nor behind us in relationship.
It is not enough to thank people in our hearts and heads. When there is opportunity it is important to bring it into the physical and express it to them.
Otherwise we are like a parasite, is it not so?
That is why every tradition, culture, spiritual method or way always stresses the importance of giving back----sharing in some way that shows our appreciation and gratitude. And, one of the highest way is to make amends and clear the air to start afresh and anew if people are willing to listen and participate.
Yet if none of this happens, then we can appreciate ourselves and go on to what makes us happy, peaceful and productive. We have to develop our education, creativity and of course our finances. What they do not realize is the enormous financial toll that was taken to heal ourselves from the pain that was created and to have helped them from behind the scenes. We have to make new friends and find intimate partners who do want to be with us and are willing to care and share in a way that is equal.
The ones we leave behind have the opportunity to come forward, but they have to reach and stretch to US----we already have in a million and one ways, many times. There is a time when enough is done and said by us and it is their turn to open up express and share over many things they have repressed, suppressed, ignored, bypassed, dodged, avoided, and mishandled.
And if they do not, such people do have to walk alone and realize what they have lost, what is missing and what grand opportunity they had with friendship, support intimate connection and many other aspects they walked away from or did not follow through with. The Divine through their own conscience will show this to them and at that point their heart will feel it at the right time.
We have to keep walking into our own hearts and into Light. By doing so we attract a grander and broader picture into our lives.
We attain more serenity. And in this serenity we are in Light. Then if such people transform within themselves it is up to them to come to us. In that new time, we can decide what to do or not do.

More Vedic Hymns from Ancient India---Dr. R
Hello again.
I put in some more ancient Vedic Hymns from India. These powerful sound vibrations in Sanskrit clean our mind and heart through sound and Light that is generated along the brain and spinal cord. If practiced or listened to regularly, one can gain clarity, wisdom, memory power, creativity, a greater capacity for learning, fortune, abundance of all kinds and of course inner radiance and luster.
The Vedas are a complex system whose secrets I feel will be more known in this century. The sounds work directly with our life force to change the patterns that are lodged inside us and to harmonize our subtle bodies. Purified sound acts like a cleanser just like vibration and sound can clean jewelry.
The Naryana Suktham is a beautiful tribute to Vishnu--the golden one who is another name for Source.
The golden nature of this Universal force is also located within our own heart. Listening to these sounds captures greater inner confidence, luster and radiance---
The Bhu Suktham is a tribute to Mother Earth known as Bhu Devi, Gaia and Bhoomi Devi or Andal. In the wake of the Japan tragedy, this chant is to appease and heal Mother Earth who is carrying so much burden and negativity. Natural forces occur sometimes to release the tremendous energy that is generated by all of mass humanity's collective energy along with the Natural flow of Nature that is always changing.
One sees the image of a boar because in Primordial times when Mother Earth was in peril, the Divine Source came in the form of a boar to rescue this world---Boars are associated with earth energy and power.
The Shri Shuktham and Bhagya Suktham are devoted to developing abundance of all types and to alleviate misfortune and negative karma. Listening to the vibrations come from the field of the Lakshmi energy--the goddess of abundance, or the Divine Mother in the form of abundance.
One must use these for positive purposes and not for gaining wealth through negative means or they will back fire and we will incur the negativ effect like a boomerang
Great care must be taken to purify our intent when listening to these sacred sounds.
The Medh Shuktham helps invoke wisdom, creativity, music, art, memory power and learning potential, particularly if we have neglected our studies as adults. It is part of the Saraswati Goddess energy--the Divine Feminine who holds these qualities that we awaken inside our own Self.

Supreme Master Ching Hai

Folks, this is the time to come forward to those who truly and really care. This is the time to show them the love we have for them or we can lose them in our lives. There is no place we can hide. As I have written, where can we hide? The heart knows all anyway.
This is the time to come clean with relatives, friends, and intimate partners that we have hurt and misunderstood or we will face the karma sooner or later. And in this time of rapid inner change, instant or quick karma will boomerang right back to us when we do not treat others well--particularly those we know care and truly love us. This is the time to have more love of Self in the right, deep, and Self-less way, not in a narcisisstic, superficial, selfish way through the ego.
This is the time to move forward and onward from those who cannot and will not show their love and gratitude for all that we have done for them and continue to stay entrenched in old patterns that no longer resonate or serve us in the highest and best way, after we have put in so much time and energy in uplifting them, as we ultimately have to care for ourselves and for those who actually want to be with US. For those we leave behind, it is up to them to catch up or meet us half way. If they want us in our lives, let them fight for us. As we value ourselves, we attract more and more positive into our own lives and people who readily and easily acknowledge who we are.

Part 3 The Third Triad of Grace: Wisdom, Creativity, Learning, Education, Speech, Memory, Art and Music
Saraswati is the primordial mistress of wisdom, creativity, learning, education, drama, speech, Memory, Art, Sciences, Music and principles in Architecture.
She is depicted as the Divine Feminine holding pearls of wisdom, a veena (Indian Musical Instrument), and the book of knowledge.
The root word "Saras" or root "Sr" in Sanksrit means "to flow"--ie it means the flow of learning or transcendental knowledge.
Although she appears as a gentle beautiful woman, her power is infinite. Deep within the primordial womb of creation her powers are limitless in the form of knowledge of every kind.
Grace in the form of knowledge is vital. Without knowledge or the ability to deal with knowledge and the wisdom to work with it, what are we then really?
The power that Saraswati holds is deeply mysterious and is within us in all forms. Saraswati causes us to think and is the thinker itself. She holds the key to every aspect of creativity, inventions, learning and anything related to the arts. Through her grace ideas spring forward from the mind, in a constant flow, hence the name, Saraswati.
Every invention imaginable is due to her power in this world and upon higher worlds, ie extraterrestrial worlds.
Without this power, we are left with the inability to live our lives.
There are many chants to Saraswati--I put a few on here. The vibration created through the chants help us to sharpen our skills and our intellect. And focusing on this energy causes great ideas to spontaneously spring forward through our minds.
Great care must be taken to not create negativity surrounding the power of Saraswati. Great negative karma can ensue and we can lose our faculties and abilities in one lifetime or another.
All students and others honor this force and use it for positive forces----to create heaven on earth for the benefit of ourselves and for mankind--not to create or promote activities that actually make hell on earth.
These chants contain many images of Saraswati which only capture a tiny fraction of this primordial power.
The triad of obstacle removal, abundance and wisdom are the three points that form the triangle of Grace ---each leg is important or the triangle of Grace cannot operate---This ancient and sacred principle of the triangle is well known in ancient times and of course, today.

Truly it is tragic if we do not honor the people who have supported us, behind the scenes and in front of the curtain.
There are those who love us, cherish us and support us because they recognize our Soul essence and in turn they want to see us succeed and be happy. When our hearts begin to open, the blinders are taken off of us and we realize this great Truth. We run to them with open arms because as our heart is liberated we realize how they have tried to help liberate us from illusion as well.
Yet, when we play a deaf ear to them, when we remain in fear or when we develop some form of mistrust, then it is the heart that suffers on both sides.
Such true people who love us do not have ulterior motives, the way most of the world works. Such people genuinely are happy if we are happy and are sad when our emotions are forlorn but they do not go into a co dependent state either, with us.
The sharing of the heart is the most joyous gift that we can have upon this planet. Heart exchange is vital if we want to actualize ourselves. It is our nature to share, love and give. It is sad when undermining forces get in the way of true and real sharing both within us and around that blocks the true sharing of the heart.
It is for this reason that we need the Ganesh force in our lives. We need the grace of protection and obstacle removal so that our heart is pure, clean and returns to innocence.
When we strengthen the heart, when we give it the right nurturing, when we heal our issues, when it is protected and cleaned by the power of Ganesh, it becomes and amazing exotic flower with many petals ready to bloom and give off a rare fragrance and beauty.
How fortunate are those friends and intimate partners who have the ability to share the heart. This fragrance and beauty takes infinite forms, and this flowering of the heart is the dawn of creation, education, abundance and fortune.
Indeed, the goddess of abundance and fortune sits in the center of the heart and is known as Goddess Lakshmi.
According to the ancient Puranas, Lakshmi was born from the primordial ocean of consciousness as the Light struggled with the Dark, to win the prized ambrosia of immortality. Out of the ocean arose Lakshmi as well as the God of Medicine and Healing, known as Dhanvantari.
Lakshmi and Dhanvantari, carry the great secrets of fortune and abundance in all forms, and are often seen carrying a golden vessel of ambrosia, much like the Holy Grail in the West.
This vessel contains the great secrets of purifying the heart by awakening the deep powers inside known as kundalini. It is only through this awakening that abundance can truly arise.
So abundance is not just material fortune. It is honoring ourselves, growing and expanding our Self esteem and letting go of any kind of false notions and impressions about ourselves and others. By honoring ourselves, we honor others. That is the true miracle of Lakshmi.
There are twelve different manifestations of the Goddess Lakshmi. This will be discussed in part two.

Part 1--The Triad of Healing via: Obstacle Removal, Creativity/ Wisdom, and Abundance--Dr. Rama
There are three timeless principles in the Universe that foster our healing and catalyze our remembrance as the essence of Spirit.
These are the qualities of Source known as obstacle removal/protection; creativity/wisdom; and abundance.
These qualities are part of the myriad rainbow of energies and powers that are invisible yet can be made manifest through our human system and thus into our physical world.
Protection/Obstacle Removal/Smoothening of the Way:
We have created so much karma knowingly and unknowingly in this lifetime and others lifetimes. So we have to appeal to Grace to help us clean it up. We need protection from malevolent energies that bombard us in our day to day. We need Grace to step in and help us smoothen out some of our karma so that we can succeed in our careers and relationships. This obstacle removal energy of Grace is known as the Deity, Ganesh. The Romans borrowed this name and called it "Janus" and later became a part of Jupiter....." Ganesh means "Ruler of the Ganas--a race of multitudes of protector beings."--or pure benevolence.
Ganesh is depicted as elephant-headed. This is highly symbolic.
His trunk represents our spinal cord. His left eye is the eye of his Mother, (the Divine Mother--Devi or Shakti), and his right eye is that of his Father who is the primordial Source or Shiva. So when you put each eye together it forms the face of Ganesh with the trunk in between his parents' eyes. Another way of understanding this is that the head of Ganesh represents our Left Brain but right eye (father/male energy) and Right Brain (Divine Feminine energy) but left eye-----Remember the opposite brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body--See how amazing the ancients are? with the trunk being the spinal column---both male and female principles---all waiting to awaken--as we use only a fraction of our brain power.
Ganesh helps us awaken our brain power that is dormant, normally and thus our untold hidden gifts that are part of us and are underutilized Invoking the Ganesh energy gradually awakens these dormant faculties of our brain inside of us, waiting to bloom like a beautiful potential rose bud.
So he is personified as big headed elephant being to remind us of our huge potential that is not yet awakened. Ganesh is the most popular deity in the Eastern traditions, actually. Most people want a path that is smooth," so appealing to grace in the form of protection and karma removal is what many need and desire. So invoking Ganesh awakens the obstacle removing power within our own brain and DNA that is normally dormant. We need protection upon our path and we need the energy of Ganesh to invoke our wisdom to embrace a path of Light and not that of darkness if we are consciously choosing to stay out of Darkness. So his head represents our brains' need to wake up and discern and take courageous action when we realize what is Light and what is Dark in this creation. Ganesh helps to steer away from Darkness..... If we remain in darkness, then that is our choice---best of luck; it only teaches us what it is to suffer and allow others to suffer, from what I know and understand.
Without such Grace, we are easily fooled by the Dark. We succumb to greed, deception, selling of Self, and illusion without developing our inner free will and power to realize what is really important in life versus how negativity is going to take us for a "joy-ride," in the form of false promises and illusions that only lead to our own demise and compromise. Focusing on Ganesh allows our inner strength to increase and our fear to dissolve. Ganesh increases our courage and stamina. Chanting or even just listening to the sounds of this powerful name mysteriously provides comfort and allows our karma to dissolve or at least reduce.
When kundalini and thus deeper meditation and awareness is awakened, this deity can actually be seen deep inside of us, especially at the base of the spine and the point between the eyebrows.
He has many forms and holds many objects of symbolic significance---a discussion for another blog----Each item he holds represent his qualities and his abilities to offer protection, obstacle removal and fear reducing energy.
His stories are legendary. He is the most popular because people think of him as a little panda bear---cuddly and sweet.....yet do not be fooled for one second---when he has the job to do of protecting us and removing obstacles in our lives he spares no power and becomes the Supreme Power to perform his role. Suffice for now to just become absorbed in the sound of the mantra on the video--one of the classical mantras for Ganesh.
"Om Gam Ganapathaaye Namah"---Means, "I bow down to the inner energy of Grace in the form of protection, obstacle and fear removal so that I may attain all of my worthy goals and aspirations."
If we truly want Light, then we need to remove anything and everything standing in our way to attain and remember Light---Ganesh energy assists in this process....the point is that we must be sincere to gain this Grace.

Walk Into Light and Leave Others Behind if They Do Not Walk With Us It is Up to them To Choose to Join Us or Not--Dr Rama
Walk into the Light and leave others behind if they cannot or will not walk with us. Let them walk themselves after we have held their hand over time.
Such people have many lessons that only the Divine can teach them and we have our own to learn. We can only take care of ourselves, ultimately after we have tried to help and serve others who willingly remain where they are.
This does not mean such people are abandoned, judged, nor are they "shunned."--They are choosing to not be with US...... It means that they are on their own deciding what they want to do or not do and whether they choose to allow love and light into their lives. And, we have the ability to also choose to find those who want to give and take in equal exchange.
It means we release ourselves and move forward into what we need to do and we free ourselves to become more and more of who we are.
We can only hand hold for so long if we are moving and growing at a different speed and we want to broaden and expand in the way we need to but others are in a different space and place.
It is like a child that we hand hold and either they squat and remain fearful and stubborn and do not want to walk or they depend upon us to walk. Eventually we have to let the hand go and move forward. Either they will stay on the ground or realize that we are walking ahead and they will then decide whether to join us or not.
It does not mean that we are perfect and "holier than thou". It means that we want to embrace something higher and greater and we want to grow from the point that we are at. We have no choice but to let go of those who choose to remain behind and not walk with us....they are the only ones who can decide whether to walk, jog, sprint or run to catch up, however, if they choose.
Nothing can be forced. Everyone is making free will choices at any given moment.
When our free will matches theirs or when we find new people to match ours is when the greatest harmony ensues.
You see, relationships of any kind especially intimate partnerships are about equal exchange. Those who always take whether it is money, time, support, energy, healing, advice, shelter, sex, and so on create a vacuum and thus lot of negative karma if they do not reciprocate or give back to the one they are taking from. Such takers only serve themselves and their own needs. They are very selfish and it stems from fear, a kind of dishonesty and inconsideration; they expect others to serve them. Even when they feel they have nothing to give or that they are wounded and unable to give, this is not so. There is always a way to express gratitude, love, and an energy exchange in relationship that shows that they care and are willing to share their life story, experience as well as their unique way of giving.
We want people to walk with us. We do not need people to walk ahead of us nor behind us in relationship.
It is not enough to thank people in our hearts and heads. When there is opportunity it is important to bring it into the physical and express it to them physically, face to face in a sustained way.
Otherwise we are like a parasite, is it not so?
That is why every tradition, culture, spiritual method or way always stresses the importance of giving back----sharing in some way that shows our appreciation and gratitude. And, one of the highest way is to make amends and clear the air to start afresh and anew if people are willing to listen and participate.
Yet if none of this happens, then we can appreciate ourselves and go on to what makes us happy, peaceful and productive. We have to develop our education, creativity and of course our finances. What they do not know or realize is the enormous financial toll that is taken from us in our healing from them in our pain and helping them from behind the scenes. We have to make new friends and find intimate partners who do want to be with us and are willing to care and share in a way that is equal.
The ones we leave behind have the opportunity to come forward, but they have to reach and stretch to US----we already have in a million and one ways, many times. There is a time when enough is done and said by us and it is their turn to open up express and share over many things they have repressed, suppressed, ignored, bypassed, dodged, avoided, and mishandled.
And if they do not, such people do have to walk alone and realize what they have lost, what is missing and what grand opportunity they had with friendship, support, intimate connection and many other aspects they walked away from or did not follow through with. The Divine through their own conscience will show this to them and at that point their heart will feel it at the right time.
We have to keep walking into our own hearts and into Light. By doing so we attract a grander and broader picture into our lives.
We attain more serenity. And in this serenity we are in Light. And, if they do decide to come forward we decide what to do or not do from that point of serenity in a new time.

INSIGHTS: Earning and losing of spiritual merits
Supreme master ching hai is an excellent and extraordinary being who spiritual knowledge and experience is truly a gift to humanity. In this video she speaks of earning merit and losing one's merit. Fo r us to understand she gives the example of a "point system" with one's career. She speaks of dealing with animals in a negative way. and the merit lost as well.. Can we imagine if our careers are dealing with the direct or indirect harm to humanity (much less animals) and to ourselves --what kind of merit is really lost, particularly from those who know better yet continue to perform such actions? Note how the medical profession--ranks high in terms of points because of the extraordinary qualities one must already possess and opportunities that those in these fields have to serve global humanity. Those in the health care fields must take great care in preserving their abilities for the greatest benefit of others and not lose these abilities through the de-merits of negative career choices.

When We Consciously Choose to Walk Into and Remain in Darkness, We Face the "Alone to the Alone"---Dr. Rama
When we consciously and willingly walk into Darkness and remain there, then we are on our own.
No Guru, Divine Mother, Avatar, Twin Soul, guides, Masters, Angels other beings in the Light, Friend, or relative can do anything.--- Nothing.
When we consciously use our free will to ultimately stay dark for any and all reasons, nothing can stop us.
You see, free will is the key. Nothing can override our free will from the Light. The Light allows anything and everything. Only the Dark interferes with free will because it is dark.
So, it is like going down into a deep dark cave with one's spelunker buddies or it is like exploring the deepest depths of the darkest ocean.
When we go to the depths beyond the capacity of what is planned or mapped out as our blueprint, when we have pushed the limit and have gone too far, when we go into the deep abyss, the sink holes, the edge of the continental shelf. What happens? We are on our own. Oxygen is limited. Our friends do not go with us. We venture out to find out that when we look back, no real support is there. We bear the consequences, even our own death.
No one at that point is going to fully or even partially support us who are in Light. We are turned loose, even by our guides when we go to this kind of Darkness by our own choices. When we have been shown over and over and over again, given countless opportunities to share, learn and value, when we have been prompted, guided and taught about what is Light and what is Dark, when extraordinary people are deliberately placed upon our path by Light to guide us and help us heal; and yet, we ignore them and do basically nothing to reciprocate from the heart, then we ultimately are set free---we have made the choice to remain in Darkness and we have to bear with that choice.
The protection we once had is no more. Our health fails; our beauty, inner luster, poise, and inner radiance quickly evaporate and fade. We sink into illusion and become part of illusion. No one respects us. We are swallowed by darkness. We lose our bearings. Addictions worsen. We think we will get ahead anyway and that everyone will still forgive us when we reach our so-called goals, but there is nowhere to hide. Sooner or later whatever "treasures and wealth" we think we are going to obtain will be taken away ---in this life or another because a mirage always evaporates when we come close to it, and that is what the Dark is---an illusory mirage. When we look behind, above, below, and beyond we only see eerie blackness, that we walked into ourselves..... The protection from the karmic blows and obstacles that our guides shielded and steered us away from are no longer present, ----when they were trying to truly help us, to coach us back to the Light out of compassion, because like a kid we did not know better. We played a deaf ear---sticking our fingers in our ears, closing our eyes and making sounds with our mouth and tongue so that we do not hear---like a little child.
However, when we move into serious darkness, then we are not a kid. We have made grown up choices and there are grown up consequences for those choices. Even if we were deeply pained through our own abuse and misuse, it gives us no right to do the same things to others. We have to heal and resolve our pain, not retaliate at others because of our pain and inner hidden misery.
This letting go and letting us walk into the panther blackness of the Night is also part of compassion because free will is not interfered with by Light beings. Here, there are no sun, moon and stars, folks. There is no North Star that is a compass. Even if there is a map, it is so dark one cannot see it.
For there are many lessons that the Dark does teach if that is what we ultimately do.
The problem with the choice of remaining dark is that it can take eons and eons to correct and come back into Oneness, happiness, true joy, love, peace and all other Higher Self experiences, once we have crossed that line, the point of no return, so to speak. ---- and, to find out what we really passed up in life had we remained in Light--in terms of true and lasting rewards in whatever form they take.
We cannot use the guidance of Light to stay Dark and not reap negative karma. We cannot use the guidance of Light like a flashlight or like a Night Gear Light to steer clear of the obstacles in the Dark (waiting for warning signals/and other forms of guidance, healing, and support) and continue to perform negative and dark actions.
The guidance from the Light is to come back into Light---not to use the Light to navigate, feed from, and yet remain in the Dark ---nor to gain energy from the Light (by its support, nurturance, love, and support) only to continue one's ways in the Dark to pursue material gain by darkened means.
And so, Grace truly fades into the background and we indeed are all alone, for the Dark swallowed Light in such situations. The so-called "friends" in the Dark, that we think will supposedly protect and care for us really care nothing about us, only themselves and what they can take and what little Light we have left that they can steal. They ship wreck our hearts even further when and if we do wake up to finally see, feel, and really understand this for ourselves. Only our experience will show this to us. They care about nothing, including matters of the heart--- that is why they are Dark.
The only thing that returns us to Light is again our free will, and that too, we have to mean what we say and say what we mean and be thoroughly through with what our game has been. The only Light remaining would be the small, wavering flicker of light that is about to burn out because there is no more fuel, that is still present in our heart---we have to use that light as a lantern to return outside of the cave or reach the top of the ocean water to the air and land. ---before even that little flicker is gone....and the wick is no more.
Our guides and the Divine Light never forsake us-but ultimately they will not coddle us. Compassion is not coddling, enabling or allowing advantage to be taken of others. We have to sincerely and whole-heartedly take a 180 degree turn and really reach for anything and anyone in the Light for anything to then heal and change at that point.
And who knows? Those who supported us, including relatives, friends, and other extraordinary souls who were potentially fabulous life partners-- will have moved on. We cannot assume that anyone would even be around after our actions have hurt them in untold and unseen ways by our own body, heart, and mind--- through our own doing: through our selfishness, self centeredness, fear, dishonesty and inconsideration.
To find out how to regain remembrance and experience of Light we have to appeal again to Grace and then wait for the answer...and sometimes it is a long, long wait, after having been given so much and yet doing so little or nothing except to make greater effort to remain in the Dark...... When we previously had opportunities to heal and grow, while there was still Light, it is like we take a number and wait for our name to be called for help and healing. If we pass up the opportunity, (by consciously choosing to stay Dark) there are a trillion other beings behind us waiting to be healed---they have all been burned out by their experiences of darkness and are waiting for Grace, Light, and Love to help them.
Yet, when it was our turn and when our golden moment of Grace had finally arrived to heal and re-discover the heart (after already waiting for eons of lifetimes for help)----we basically did nothing and passed up our opportunity--- because we chose to stay Dark, and so the next person is called in line. We have to step aside. The next person in line takes the opportunity when called in line for they have learned humility after being burned by the Dark to accept Light and so they are helped next, instead of us.
So when we finally want help and realize the futility of staying in Darkness---we sometimes then have to go to the end of the line because our golden window has passed---and so the wait for help and healing can be a longer and harder, more arduous road.
